We are back! 

Join us for a night of trivia, games and live auctions, hosted by Jason Montgomery from Trivia Master Australia.

We are grateful to have so many local businesses return to support our fundraiser this year, with over $10,000 worth of items and prizes available to raffle and auction!  One lucky ticket holder and trivia winners will win prizes too.

If you're a newbie, this is known as West Pymble Public School's biggest social event on the school calendar and a chance for the entire group of school parents to get together and let their hair down.

​

More importantly for our kids, it's a time to raise funds for much needed school equipment and resources so don't be shy - reach out to your class group and make up a table of 10 or fill in the section of the booking form to be allocated to a table of other parents from your year!

THE THEME - YES! FANCY DRESS IS REQUIRED

The theme this year is 'Party Like it's 1973'. As a tribute to the year when our P&C originated 50 years ago, we invite you to dress up in your most outrageous 70's attire - it may be an individual, a couple, or even a group table effort. So unpack those flares, leave those chest hairs untrimmed, flick that Farrah Fawcett hair and pop on those roller skates! Bring your best Saturday Night Fever dance moves and get set for a memorable night that can't be missed! Best dressed male, female and table will receive much deserved accolades and prizes on the night!

TABLE CONFIGURATION - IN MORE DETAIL

All tables are allocated in groups of 10 people maximum. This year tables are limited to 18. When purchasing your ticket/s, we ask you to confirm:

1. your personal details - for event reminders and in case we need to contact you

2. whether you have organised your own table of 10

     a. if yes, who your table contact is so your table can be allocated a number on our seating chart

     b. if no, we will find you a table to sit with and ask you to provide your child's class or year group (if there's multiple, you can choose or list all of them) so we can find you a table to sit on.

3. if you're purchasing more than one ticket, we will require you to repeat this process

4. once you register these details, you will receive a confirmation with a link to download your tickets - keep these details handy in case we ask for them on the night

TRIVIA NIGHT RAFFLE

SILENT AUCTION

Due to its success last year, our silent auction will again be online.  We will have hampers and unique prizes on offer this year from so many of our local businesses, so keep an eye out on prizes as they are made available on https://galabid.com/wpps and start bidding!

LIVE AUCTION

Live auctions will run on the night! We will be auctioning our class artworks, Principal for the Day, Principal’s Car Park Spot and Music Bell for the Term.
